About Jigsaw Puzzle for Kids

Jigsaw Puzzle for Kids is an online picture puzzle with real jigsaw pieces, tabs and blanks just like a cardboard puzzle. Your child picks a bright picture and how many pieces to play with, then drags each piece from the tray at the bottom into its place. As soon as a piece gets near the right spot it clicks in by itself with a happy sound, so little hands don't need to be precise.

There are 5 sizes: 4 and 6 pieces for children from 4, 9 and 16 for ages 6 and 7, and 25 pieces for puzzle stars up to 10. The 15 pictures include the pyramids with a camel, a felucca on the Nile, a Ramadan lantern, a palm tree with dates, a cat, a lion and a turtle, plus a rocket, a car and an ice cream. A faint picture under the pieces helps the youngest players, and older kids can hide it for a real challenge.

There is no clock ticking on screen and no losing. At the end your child earns stars based on the number of moves, and the game remembers the best time for every size and the stars won on each picture. Jigsaws build attention, focus and shape sense while kids simply have fun. Free, with no sign-up.

Tips to win

  • Start with the edge and corner pieces, the ones with a straight side, then fill in the middle.
  • Look at the colors on a piece: blue sky goes at the top and ground at the bottom.
  • Stuck? Press the light bulb and one piece goes in by itself, but each hint costs a little of your stars.
